Free Shipping for ALL Orders

Flipper offers free shipping on EVERY purchase! Your order will be delivered within 2-5 business days. Expedited shipping (1-2 business days) is available for a small surcharge. Free Shipping is currently available in all 50 States.

Flipper Aquarium Products Return Policy:

At Flipper Aquarium Products, Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy. 

Here are the details:

1. Returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase.
2. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
3. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email (sales@flippercleaner.com) or by phone (805.699.6230). We will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number  and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
4. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
5. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
6. If the item was damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

It it's outside of 90 days, we'll always do our best to make it right. 

Flipper Aquarium Products provides a 1 year warranty against factory defects when purchased from an authorized retailer. Please email sales@flippercleaner.com and be sure to include a copy of your receipt to expedite processing. 

Please note we are unable to warranty any products purchased through unauthorized 3rd party sellers including ebay, Amazon, Walmart, Jet, etc.
