Founder Weiwei Huang's journey is woven from family tradition and a deep love for animals. Raised in Small Town, China, Weiwei grew up helping her family's cotton recycling factory, instilling a strong commitment to sustainability. In 2023, her passions converged with the founding of Monli, blending her family's long legacy in crafting recycled materials with her vision for eco-friendly pet toys. Now based in Greenville, South Carolina, with her husband and their dog Xena (the #1 toy tester), Weiwei and her family are excited to share their legacy and love with yours, offering sustainable, handcrafted pet toys that bring joy to both pets and the world.

Shipping policy

SHIPPING

 At Monli (formerly Knotty Pawz), we are committed to ensuring your beloved pets receive their rope toys with care and convenience. Please review the details below regarding order processing, delivery options, shipping costs, and more.

Order Processing:

Upon placing an order, please allow 2-5 business days for order processing. If your order includes any pre-order or back-order items, it will be shipped as soon as those items become available. We process orders from Monday to Friday, and during peak holiday seasons, we kindly ask for your understanding as processing may require a few extra days.

 Delivery Estimates:

Please note that all delivery dates are estimates. We utilize trusted third-party carriers, such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS, for shipping. Keep in mind that we do not ship on non-business days or bank holidays. Additionally, there may be a delay of 24-48 hours for the shipping carrier to update tracking information.

We offer multiple shipping options: USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days

 Shipping Costs:

We charge a flat rate shipping fee, and the amount depends on the country and region you live in.

At Monli (formerly Knotty Pawz), your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your rope toy when it arrives, we will gladly replace it or accept a return for a refund. Additionally, if you experience any quality issues within 90 days of receiving your toy, we’re happy to send you a replacement — no questions asked.

Refunds Process:

• Please allow 2 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your bank or credit card account, depending on your financial institution.
• If the product was purchased using a foreign currency (excluding EUR), your refund will be issued in the same currency. The exchange rate used will be based on the date Monli authorizes the refund.

Exchanges:

• You may choose to exchange your product instead of receiving a refund.
• To initiate an exchange, please contact us with your order details and the product you'd like to exchange.
• If you request to exchange multiple products from the same order, you may need to wait 1–5 business days before submitting another exchange request.

Shipping:

• Monli does not provide return postage.
• Once your return or exchange is approved, we will email you a return label.
• Print the return label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated shipping center listed on the label.

Return Process:
