2 Exact Schismatoglottis Scortechinii Starter Plants – Borneoa scortechinii

This listing includes 2 exact Schismatoglottis scortechinii starter plants. The accepted botanical name is now Borneoa scortechinii, with Schismatoglottis scortechinii recognized as a synonym. It is a tropical member of the Araceae family native to Peninsular Malaysia.

You will receive the specific plants pictured in this listing. Because these are living, actively developing plants, they may gain or lose leaves between the time the listing photographs are taken and the shipping date. Their appearance at shipment therefore may not be identical to the photographs.

These starter plants are cultivated in 2-inch nursery pots, but the pots are NOT included. They are shipped with protected plugs around the roots. Do not unnecessarily remove or disturb the plugs immediately after delivery. USDA requirements can differ when plants are imported into the United States depending on the commodity, origin, and growing medium; this listing assumes lawful U.S. nursery inventory rather than an international import shipment.

Plant Condition Disclosure:

Live plants may be shipped dormant, leafless, recently pruned, bare root, or partially defoliated depending on season, weather, and shipping requirements.

Natural variation in size, branching, foliage density, color, root structure, and overall appearance should be expected.

Important Note:

You will receive a live starter plant (seedling/young plant). Listing photos show the plant at a mature stage for reference only. The actual plant size, shape, and appearance may vary and will be significantly smaller than the images shown.

Exact Plant Clarification: For this particular listing, the seller states that you will receive the specific plants pictured. The plants may nevertheless have gained or lost leaves since the photographs were taken.

Customer Notice:

Live plants may experience normal shipping stress such as leaf loss, yellowing, wilting, or minor branch damage.

Please consider local weather before purchasing. Extreme heat, freezing temperatures, severe weather, shipping delays, or unattended packages may increase plant stress.

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, returns are generally not accepted. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the required photos for review.

If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Photos of the shipping box
• Photo of the shipping label
• Clear photos of the plant from multiple angles
• Scratch test photos if the plant appears dead or dormant

Dormant, stressed, defoliated, wilted, or transit-shocked plants are not automatically considered dead.

Claims submitted without required photos may not be eligible for review.

Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery will be considered accepted as received and may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
