Alocasia Platinum ‘Bisma’ 2 Exact Live Plants – 4-Inch Pots

This listing includes 2 exact Alocasia Platinum ‘Bisma’ live plants, each in a 4-inch pot. You will receive the specific plants pictured in the listing. Because these are living plants that continue to develop, they may gain or lose leaves between the time the photographs are taken and the shipping date.

Alocasia Platinum ‘Bisma’ is a tropical, rhizomatous Alocasia grown primarily for its ornamental foliage. Individual leaves can naturally vary in coloration, texture, shape, and overall appearance as the plants develop and adjust to environmental conditions.

Pot & Shipping Disclosure: The product-specific information states that these are 4-inch potted plants and will be shipped in their pots. Please do not remove or disturb the plants from their pots immediately upon arrival. Each plant will be carefully wrapped for shipping. The generic 2-inch starter-pot and bare-root notice conflicts with the specific 4-inch potted product information and therefore has not been applied.

Exact Plant Disclosure: You will receive the specific plants shown in the listing photographs. Leaf count, foliage orientation, coloration, and overall appearance may naturally change between photography and delivery.

Plant Condition Disclosure:

Live plants may be shipped dormant, leafless, recently pruned, bare root, or partially defoliated depending on season, weather, and shipping requirements.

Natural variation in size, branching, foliage density, color, root structure, and overall appearance should be expected.

Important Note:

You will receive a live starter plant (seedling/young plant). Listing photos show the plant at a mature stage for reference only. The actual plant size, shape, and appearance may vary and will be significantly smaller than the images shown.

Exact Plant Clarification: Because this is an exact-plant listing, the photographs depict the specific plants you will receive, subject to normal changes in living foliage between photography and delivery.

Customer Notice:

Live plants may experience normal shipping stress such as leaf loss, yellowing, wilting, or minor branch damage.

Please consider local weather before purchasing. Extreme heat, freezing temperatures, severe weather, shipping delays, or unattended packages may increase plant stress.

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, returns are generally not accepted. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the required photos for review.

If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Photos of the shipping box
• Photo of the shipping label
• Clear photos of the plant from multiple angles
• Scratch test photos if the plant appears dead or dormant

Dormant, stressed, defoliated, wilted, or transit-shocked plants are not automatically considered dead.

Claims submitted without required photos may not be eligible for review.

Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery will be considered accepted as received and may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
