Hoya Australis 2 Exact Live Plants – 4-Inch Pots – Hoya australis

This listing includes 2 exact Hoya australis live plants. Hoya australis is a tropical perennial vine valued for its glossy green foliage, climbing or trailing growth habit, and ornamental flowers when mature and grown under suitable conditions.

You will receive the 2 specific plants pictured in the listing photographs. Because these are actively growing live specimens, they may have gained or lost leaves since the photos were taken. Leaf orientation, vine development, foliage density, root structure, and overall appearance may naturally change as the plants continue growing.

Each plant is specifically listed in a 4-inch pot. The generic 2-inch starter-pot language therefore does not apply to this 4-inch listing. The product-specific description says the plants will ship in their pots, while the separate shipping notice says nursery pots are not included and plants ship bare root. Pot inclusion and final shipping condition should be verified before publishing because the supplied information conflicts.

Plant Condition Disclosure:

Live plants may be shipped dormant, leafless, recently pruned, bare root, or partially defoliated depending on season, weather, and shipping requirements.

Natural variation in size, branching, foliage density, color, root structure, and overall appearance should be expected.

Important Note:

You will receive a live starter plant (seedling/young plant). Listing photos show the plant at a mature stage for reference only. The actual plant size, shape, and appearance may vary and will be significantly smaller than the images shown.

Customer Notice:

Live plants may experience normal shipping stress such as leaf loss, yellowing, wilting, or minor branch damage.

Please consider local weather before purchasing. Extreme heat, freezing temperatures, severe weather, shipping delays, or unattended packages may increase plant stress.

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, returns are generally not accepted. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the required photos for review.

If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Photos of the shipping box
• Photo of the shipping label
• Clear photos of the plant from multiple angles
• Scratch test photos if the plant appears dead or dormant

Dormant, stressed, defoliated, wilted, or transit-shocked plants are not automatically considered dead.

Claims submitted without required photos may not be eligible for review.

Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery will be considered accepted as received and may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
